I had a wonderful experience during my six week stay at J Switzer properties. Although, everything you need will be there waiting for you, it is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and most services! I had a quiet, comfortable stay in the exceptionally clean Suite 4A. Jo Ann is always available and eager to provide exceptional service. I definitely recommend Jo Ann’s accommodations and I will certainly be reaching out to her whenever work brings me back to the region.

I have had the pleasure to occupy a renovated apartment in jo ann' s building. I found an immense amount of storage space for personal items - luggage etc. Also new kitchen cabinetry with all the cooking utensils - cutlery - dishes, pots and pans supplied. Dish washer - stove top and oven were made available. Bedroom and living room furniture , tv and internet- a/c, bathroom with shower, hardwood and tiled flooring. I have reason to believe, all units in the building will be of similar quality. I must say, I spend three months of happy living on the premises. (having a ladies hairdresser and barber in-house is very convenient too ! ) A grateful former tenant.

I stayed at Apartment 3 for two months in 2018 and it was great. The apartment has everything you would need to live comfortably, I just needed to bring my clothes and shoes and everything else was provided for me. The apartment itself has been recently renovated and upgraded to look modern and new, it seems like you're living in a brand new apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, small appliances, dinnerware, cutlery, serving dishes, baking trays, spices, coffee, etc. and there are also cleaning supplies to keep everything in order. The internet is great and satellite TV has all the major channels you would need as well. The landlord is very nice and helpful with anything you may need and is always responsive. The price may seem expensive at first but you are definitely getting your money's worth. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for short term rentals in the area.

Scheduling is flexible and accommodations are very comfortable. I highly recommend.

After closing our Summer home, we moved into a new and warm cozy studio suite at Jo Ann's for the Winter. We enjoyed the fireplace, satellite tv, a fully equipped kitchen, unlimited wifi and easy access. We will be back for another Winter this year.
